This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all purchases, bookings, programs, subscriptions, digital products, and services offered by Ash Sheppeard (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through ashsheppeard.com or any associated platforms.

By purchasing or accessing any product or service, you agree to this policy.

Digital Products & Online Programs

Due to the digital nature of our products and programs (including downloadable content, online courses, recorded materials, and immediate-access resources), all sales are final and refunds are not provided once access has been granted.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Digital programs and courses

Online workshops or masterclasses

Downloadable resources

Immediate-access content

Please ensure you review all program details carefully before purchasing.

Coaching & Services

Payments for coaching services (including 1:1 coaching, group coaching, and live sessions) are non-refundable once the service has commenced.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session:

You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule

Sessions missed without adequate notice may be forfeited

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Subscriptions & Memberships

Some services may be offered on a recurring subscription basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected].

To avoid being charged for the next billing period:

Cancellation requests must be received at least 2 business days before the next billing date

Once cancelled:

You will retain access until the end of the current paid period

No further charges will be applied

No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or credits may be considered at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. Any such decision does not create an obligation to provide refunds in the future.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of a service, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have a service remedied if it fails to meet acceptable standards and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, Stripe, or PayPal, you agree to contact us at [email protected] so we can attempt to resolve the matter promptly.

Unauthorised chargebacks may result in immediate termination of access to programs, services, or memberships.
