This Code of Conduct applies to all participants in any group coaching program, community, membership, workshop, event, or online space facilitated by Ash Sheppeard (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), whether accessed through the Website, program portals, live calls, online communities, or associated platforms.

By participating in any group program or community, you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct.

We ask all participants to contribute to an environment grounded in personal responsibility, emotional maturity, confidentiality, and respect for others.

Respectful Behaviour

Participants agree to:

Treat all members with respect and consideration

Communicate thoughtfully and without aggression, harassment, or intimidation

Refrain from shaming, bullying, discrimination, or personal attacks

Respect differing perspectives, lived experiences, and boundaries

Hate speech, harassment, or abusive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated.

Confidentiality

What is shared in the group stays in the group.

Participants agree to:

Keep all personal stories, experiences, and information shared by others confidential

Not record, screenshot, share, or distribute group content or conversations without permission

Respect the privacy of all members at all times

Breach of confidentiality may result in removal from the program without refund.

Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

You are responsible for your own emotional wellbeing

Group coaching is not therapy or crisis support

You are encouraged to seek professional support if needed

Participants are expected to self-regulate, take responsibility for their triggers, and engage with maturity and self-awareness.

Participation & Boundaries

Participants agree to:

Engage in good faith

Honour group boundaries and guidelines

Avoid dominating conversations or disrupting group flow

Not provide unsolicited advice, diagnoses, or coaching to other participants

The facilitator may guide, redirect, or pause conversations to maintain safety and integrity of the space.

No Solicitation or Promotion

Participants may not:

Promote their own services, products, or programs

Recruit clients, sell, or solicit within the group

Send unsolicited private messages to other members

This includes direct messages, links, or offers unless explicitly authorised.

Intellectual Property

All program materials, content, recordings, frameworks, and teachings are the intellectual property of the Company.

Participants agree not to:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share materials

Record sessions without permission

Use content to create competing offerings

Removal from the Program

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

Remove any participant who breaches this Code of Conduct

Restrict access to group spaces

Terminate participation without refund if behaviour is deemed harmful, disruptive, or unsafe

This decision is final and made in the best interest of the group.

Agreement

By participating in any group coaching program, community, or event facilitated by the Company, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Code of Conduct.
